About Us

The Community Housing Group (‘Community’) is a well-established and strongly performing social landlord, providing affordable housing, care and support and community services to those in need across Wyre Forest, Worcestershire and the West Midlands.

As the registered asset holding Parent Company it provides the operational management of our general needs, supported and shared ownership homes and new home development programme, together with the essential corporate services to keep our business running smoothly.

Additional services are provided through three specialist Group companies:

Oakleaf Commercial Services Ltd, which provides high quality property maintenance, refurbishment and construction services for homes and premises across the West Midlands. This includes the manufacturing of windows and doors and delivery of grounds and environmental services.

Vestia Community Trust, securing external funding and piloting new ways of working to support delivery of Group strategy and purpose, supporting people in to employment and empowering them to be independent, socially and economically active citizens and delivering Learning and Development services for the Groups workforce including the management of Apprentices.

Worcestershire Telecare Ltd (trading as amica24), a ground-breaking partnership of four Worcestershire housing providers and three Councils that delivers technology enabled care and support services to over 25,000 customers and 100 businesses in Worcestershire and surrounding counties.
