Education and Qualifications

  • Degree level education or equivalent through relevant training/experience
  • Relevant professional qualification, i.e. CIH, RICS, Chartered Accountant, MBA

Experience, Knowledge, Understanding

  • Experience of working in a housing organisation at a senior level would be desirable
  • Substantial experience of working at a senior management level with a number of different organisations
  • Demonstrable track record of strategic achievements
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and delivering Corporate Plans
  • Proven commitment and understanding of good governance
  • Experience of working at senior level with Boards and Committees
  • Sound understanding of financial matters
  • Experience of delivering significant transformational change
  • A successful track record of building strategic relationships to promote the organisation and liaison with stakeholders, including Local Government and the Regulators
  • Experience of working in a regulatory sector at a senior level
